Case: A 17-year-old woman with past history significant for ruptured globe OD, sustained in a motor vehicle accident, underwent primary wound closure and removal of a glass intraocular foreign body on May 23, 2001. On June 7, 2001 the patient was referred for further treatment. She was taking prednisolone acetate 1% ophthalmic suspension every 2 hours, atropine 1% ophthalmic solution twice per day, and Ciloxan® ophthalmic solution every 6 hours in the right eye.
