Case: The patient is a 41-year-old man who underwent uneventful bilateral laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) for myopia. On the first postoperative day, a displaced corneal flap was refloated into position in the right eye, without complication. Two weeks postoperatively, bilateral keratitis with bilateral corneal abscesses developed and the patient was given ciprofloxacin (Ciloxan), ofloxacin (Ocuflox) every 15 minutes, and scopolamine (Isopto Hyoscine) 0.25% qd for each eye. Three weeks postoperatively, he came to our institute for consultation.
