infectious keratitis following
uneventful bilateral LASIK surgery.
- Minimal response to topical fluoroquinolones
is noted initially.
- Mycobacterial etiology is suspected.
- Patient is treated successfully with fortified amikacin in
conjunction with lamellar keratoplasty.
