SUMMARY
  • A 41-year-old man had delayed onset infectious keratitis following uneventful bilateral LASIK surgery.
  • Minimal response to topical fluoroquinolones is noted initially.
  • Mycobacterial etiology is suspected.
  • Patient is treated successfully with fortified amikacin in conjunction with lamellar keratoplasty.
