Case: A 73-year-old white man with no significant past medical history was examined at the NJMS Department of Ophthalmology for gradual loss of vision (more severe OS than OD) of 3 weeks’ duration. There was no history of trauma, eye pain, redness, headaches, or diplopia.

The patient reported that he was not taking medication and had no known allergies to any medication.
