Case: A 73-year-old white man with no significant past medical history was examined at the NJMS Department of Ophthalmology for gradual loss of vision (more severe OS than OD) of 3 weeks duration. There was no history of trauma, eye pain, redness, headaches, or diplopia. The patient reported that he was not taking medication and had no known allergies to any medication. |
