Case: A 64-year-old African American man was referred to our department by a nearby hospital for evaluation of the right eye after sustaining trauma. The patient had been struck in the right eye by unknown assailants. Past ocular history was notable for a history of CF (counts fingers) vision in the right eye due to advanced glaucoma. In addition, the left eye was phthisical because of previous trauma. |
