Visual Acuity   OD: LP (light perception) with nasal and temporal projection only
  OS: NLP (no light perception)
   
Intraocular Pressure OD: 24 mm Hg (applanation tonometry)
  OS: 0 mm Hg
   
Extraocular Motility Grossly full OU
   
Slit Lamp Examination OD Hemorrhagic chemosis
  Clear cornea
  Slightly shallow anterior chamber with a 20% hyphema and circulating overlying blood
  Fibrin clot anterior to the lens
  Moderate nuclear sclerosis
  Very hazy view of the anterior vitreous cavity
Slit Lamp Examination OS Phthisis bulbi
   
Fundus Examination OD Red reflex
  Suspicious membrane near the optic disc
Fundus Examination OS No view
