What is the diagnosis?

 OD: The fundus showed a hypoplastic disc, with a peripapillary conus inferiorly and a wedge  of atrophy superiorly. The central retinal artery was centrally located.

 OS: The fundus showed a classic small disc with a double ring and radial dysplasia, with an  anomalous vascular branching pattern. No pallor of the disc was observed; thinning of the  nerve fiber layer was noted. The macula and periphery were normal in both eyes.


OD: Superior segmental optic nerve hypoplasia

OS: Optic nerve hypoplasia

 

What further tests should be undertaken?
