ROUTINE VISUAL EXAMINATION
Visual Acuity     20/20 OU
Ishihara Color Plates OD: 6/6 correct
OS: 5/6  
Pupillary Examination Symmetric, brisk OU
No afferent pupillary defect 
EOM Full ductions, with an esotropia of 7 in primary gaze, and a left hyperopia of about 3.
Pendular synchronous cyclorotatory nystagmus present in both eyes.
Tonometry OD: 19 mmHg
OS: 18 mmHg
Slit Lamp Examination OU: Lids, conjunctiva, sclera, anterior chamber unremarkable
