A 28-year-old woman was referred to the Oculoplastic Service because   of the presence of a mass of the left inferior orbital rim. The patient   had noticed a “bump” for at least 10 years. In recent months, the   lesion had increased in size.
She reported no pain, no previous trauma or infection of the skin    around the affected area.
POH: Myopia, s/p bilateral LASIK
PMH: Unremarkable
FH: n.c.
SH: No tobacco, no ETOH
Meds: None
All: NKDA
