• External examination: No visual deformity. Mass only noted   by palpation.
• Extremely firm, nodular, palpable (1.5 x 1 cm), nonmotile   mass at the left inferior orbital rim.
• Reports no pain or previous swelling. No erythema, no   tenderness. No ptosis, no proptosis.
• SLE: s/p LASIK OU, anterior segment within normal limits.
• DFE: Media clear. Disc pink, sharp, 0.3. Macula and   periphery within normal limits.
