• Most common epithelial malignancy of lacrimal gland
• Short duration of signs/symptoms (less than one year) as   opposed to BMT
• 5 histologic patterns:
      - Cribriform
      - Sclerosing
      - Basaloid
      - Comedocarcinoma
      - Tubular
