• Superomedial mass in the left retro-orbital space    measuring approximately 2.5 x 2 x 2 cm, located between    the superior oblique muscle and medial and superior    rectus muscles
• Extraconal and intraconal components
• Compressing and displacing optic nerve sheath    downwards
• Heterogenous signal – isointense and hyperintense on T2,
   isointense to hypointense on T1 with vigorous
   enhancement
