• Patient underwent orbitotomy and biopsy   under general anesthesia
• Through upper eyelid crease incision, an   approximately 2.5 x 2-cm lobular mass   was resected
• Mass extended to the orbital apex and was   dissected off the SOM in the superior   aspect of the orbit
