The NPAP Training Institute, founded in 1948, is dedicated to advancements in the practice of non-medical psychoanalysis. The NPAP founders believed that psychoanalytic training and practice should be open to creative and talented professionals from all fields of study.

The Theodor Reik Consultation Center (TRCC) referral service has met community needs for low cost psychotherapy and psychoanalysis for over 40 years.

The NPAP publishes the Psychoanalytic Review Founded in 1913, the Review is the oldest continuously published psychoanalytic journal in the world. It has been, historically, and continues to be opposed to dogma, rigidity and exclusionism. While maintaining the highest standards of scholarship, it is the only established journal that is committed to a psychoanalytic exploration of, not only the clinical domain, but also the realm of general culture.

Established in 2006, the National Resource Center for Hispanic Mental Health [NRCHMH ] is a private non-profit charitable organization dedicated to promoting quality mental health services through policy development initiatives, training, technical assistance, research, data collection, best practice development, and anti-stigma and anti-discrimination campaigns.
