About: | The Student Alliance for Multicultural and Mental Health Issues [SAMMI] was founded in 1996 by students from Fordham University and New York University. The mission of SAMMI is to promote multicultural awareness and understanding in future mental health professionals. It embraces these tasks by providing annual multicultural conferences sponsored by students at different schools in the New York City/Tri-State area. |
