A 7-year-old male presented with increasingly painful lesion in the left fibula.
Radiological Findings

Plain radiograph shows a circumscribed radiolucent lesion producing a
blowout expansion
of the affected metadiaphyseal portion of the fibula. Note the fracture line.
Pathological Findings:

Biopsy material, low magnification. To the surgeon's eye, the lesion appeared very hemorrhagic.
