NEURO-OPHTHALMOLOGY

 
Neuro-ophthalmic evaluation: At the time of the first examination, the patient’s visual acuity was NLP OD and 20/20 OS. The results obtained with Ishihara color plates were normal OS. Pupils were equal, amaurotic OD, round and reactive OS, with a 4+ relative afferent pupillary defect (RAPD) OD. The findings from the slit lamp examination were normal; the intraocular pressures were normal. The extraocular motility was normal. No sign of proptosis; the findings for the cranial nerve and neurologic examinations were normal.
