WHAT ARE THE NEW FINDINGS?
Recurrent hypopyon, whitish opacities immediately behind the IOL and in the anterior vitreous cavity. The patient’s visual acuity was stable at 20/60 OD and 1/200 OS. The left cornea was clear with 3-4+ cell and flare. A microscopic hypopyon in the anterior chamber was noted by gonioscopy OS. Funduscopic examination disclosed a hazy view of the nerve and macula, and echography showed a flat retina with vitreous opacities.
