VISUAL EXAMINATION
Visual Acuity   OD: 20/100 (secondary to ischemic diabetic retinopathy)
  OS: Hand motions at 1 foot
   
Intraocular Pressure OD: 10 mm Hg
  OS: 5 mm Hg
   
Slit Lamp Examination OD: Notable for a well-centered PCIOL
  OS: Clear cornea with mild stromal edema;
  Five percent hypopyon with 4+ overlying cell;
  Mild fibrin reaction in the anterior chamber;
  Well-centered PCIOL;
  Hazy view of the anterior vitreous cavity
   
Fundus Examination OD: Nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy changes without macular edema
  OS: Peripheral retinal vascular detail barely visible;
  No view of optic nerve or macula
