WHAT ARE THE FUNDUS FINDINGS?

 OD: A large posterior staphyloma is present. The optic nerve disc is tilted towards the 10-o'clock  meridian with the cup breaking out in that direction. There is no evidence of nerve fiber layer loss.  Temporal arteriolar narrowing is observed.


 OS: The disc is tilted with a similar cup. There is no evidence of nerve fiber layer loss. Temporal  arteriolar narrowing is observed. There is decreased foveal reflex, some retinal pigment epithelium  hypertrophy, and little evidence of old elevation.
