CASE OF THE MONTH CASE #2 |
FUNDUS PHOTOGRAPH OS | FLUORESCEIN ANGIOGRAM OS |
The fundus appearance is due to disciform scar with adjacent subretinal hemorrhage at its superior and inferior borders. The blood appears green. No RPE-level detail (eg, drusen) is evident because of the subretinal location of the blood. | Fluorescein angiogram reveals normal retinal vasculature and blockage of underlying choroidal fluorescence due to subretinal blood. | |||
