WHAT ARE THE FUNDUS FINDINGS?

OD: Findings from fundus examination are normal.

OS: Scattered large cotton wool spots are present in the posterior pole. Numerous, poorly-defined, diffuse areas of retinal whitening are present in the area centralis. Zones of normal-appearing retina outline the retinal arterioles. The retinal arteries are mildly attenuated at the optic nerve head. The optic nerve appears unremarkable.
