VISUAL EXAMINATION
Visual Acuity   OD: 20/200 pinhole to 20/80
  OS: 20/40 pinhole to 20/30
   
Intraocular Pressure (IOP) OU: 19 mm Hg
  The comma sign was not present.
   
External Examination Normal OU
   
Slit Lamp Examination Normal OU
   
Fundus Examination OD: Combined traction and rhegmatogenous retinal detachment involving the macula from the 7-o’clock to the 11-o’clock position with retinal breaks at the 8:30-o’clock and 10-o’clock positions and peripheral neovascularization in the 8:30-o’clock meridian as well as in the nasal periphery at the 2-o’clock and 4-o’clock positions.
  OS: Two areas of peripheral neovascularization at the 1-o’clock and 2-o’clock positions and lattice degeneration just anterior to the equator at the 5-o’clock and 7-o’clock positions. No holes were observed.
  The optic nerves appeared normal bilaterally.
