CASE #4

Case: A 42-year-old African American woman reported decreased vision OD and was requesting a new pair of glasses.

On examination, visual acuity was 20/60 OD and 20/20 OS. She was refracted to 20/20 OU
(-1.25 -0.5 x 97 OD, -0.75 -0.25 x 54 OS). Visual fields, extraocular motility, slit lamp exam, and intraocular pressure were all within normal limits.
