Confrontational Visual Field: No hand motions superiorly, inferiorly and nasally; hand motions/count fingers (HM/CF) temporally OD
  Full OS
   
Color Vision No Ishihara plates seen OD
  All plates seen OS
   
T (applanation) 18mm OD
  16 mm OS
   
Pupillary Examination Symmetric 4 mm pupils OU
  3+ right afferent pupillary defect OD
  Pupil is briskly reactive OS
   
Motility Full ductions, rapid saccades, smooth pursuit, and no nystagmus.
   
Slit Lamp Examination OU: Lids, conjunctiva, sclera, anterior chamber are unremarkable; Mild senile nuclear sclerosis
