WHAT ARE THE FUNDUS FINDINGS?

 OD: The fundus exam revealed a clear media, flat retina, and myopic peripapillary temporal  crescent. Diffuse retinal whitening in the macular area is associated with a cherry-red spot.  Perivascular retinal sparing is noted. Intraretinal areas of hemorrhage and several cotton-wool spots  are also evident.

 OS: Similar fundus pattern as the right eye, but with the presence of a Weiss ring in the vitreous  cavity.
