WHAT IS THE DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS?
Lens material with a concomitant lens-induced uveitis and a metastatic tumor were primary in our differential diagnosis. A medical workup in the recent past included an unremarkable chest x-ray, mammogram, and pelvic/abdominal CT.

 

How would you treat the patient at this point?
