Case: A 79-year-old white woman was referred because of pain and decreased vision of 6 months’ duration in the left eye. She had a history of heart disease, hypertension, emphysema, intestinal obstruction, and stroke. There was no history of eye trauma or surgery.

On examination, visual acuity was 20/25 OD and 10/125 OS. The findings from the examination of the right eye were unremarkable.

What are the slit lamp findings in the left eye?
