WHAT ARE THE FUNDUS FINDINGS?

Fundus OD: Media is clear. Optic nerve is pink and nonedematous. There is an elevated yellow-white mass with a 1.2-disc diameter seen inferior to the fovea. Just superior and temporal to this lesion is an area of intraretinal and subretinal blood. Nasal to the subretinal mass is an oval area of grayish discoloration at the level of the RPE-choroid. Surrounding these lesions is a larger area of mottled RPE. Impression: Retinal granuloma. Associated subretinal fluid in the past may have produced secondary pigmentary changes at the level of the RPE.
