Visual Acuity  OD: 20/25
 OS: 20/25
 No improvement to pinhole
   
Pupillary Examination  Normal with no relative afferent pupillary defect (RAPD)
   
Confrontation Fields  Full bilaterally
   
Ishihara Color Plates  Normal
   
Intraocular pressure with applanation tonometry  OD: 16 mm Hg
 OS: 17 mm Hg
   
Slit Lamp Examination  Normal
   
Ocular Motility  Orthophoric in all gazes at distance and at near with normal ocular  rotations
   
Extraocular Examination  No proptosis, no ptosis, no nystagmus, normal retropulsion, and  no palpable masses.
