  OS: 6-5 mm
  Mild, left relative afferent pupillary defect
   
Extraocular Motility Full and straight OU; no proptosis
   
Color Plates (Ishihara) OD: 10/10 +C
  OS: 00/10 ÐC (poor effort)
   
Visual Fields (confrontation) Full OU (finger counting)
   
Cranial Nerves II-XII grossly intact
  No evidence of scalp tenderness
   
Slit Lamp Examination Within normal limits OU
  Tr-1+NS OU
  No NVI OU
