Ishihara Color Plates  OD: 0/6 +C
 OS: 6/6 +C
   
Intraocular pressure  OD: Normal
 OS: Normal
   
Slit Lamp Examination  Unremarkable OU
   
Ocular Motility  Normal except for a pseudo-internuclear ophthalmoplegia in the  right gaze without abducting nystagmus, which is thought to be  mechanical and due to the presence of the orbital mass, which  limits adduction of the left eye.
