NEURO-OPHTHALMOLOGY

WHAT ARE THE FUNDUS FINDINGS?

OD: Low right translucent disc swelling without NFL opacification. Diffuse retinal whitening (subtle) with “cherry red spot”, retinal artery boxcarring with slow flow, but with apparent movement of blood. No visible emboli.

OS: Disc normal with 0.2 cup-to-disc ratio, mild macular RPE stippling with occasional drusen, mild AV nicking. No visible emboli.

 

What is the differential diagnosis?
