WHAT DO THE FLUORESCEIN ANGIOGRAMS SHOW?

Fluorescein angiogram OD: The right eye appears normal.

Fluorescein angiograms OS: The arteriovenous transit time is prolonged, consistent with a central retinal vein occlusion. In addition, there is dye leakage from the perifoveal capillaries and from some of the larger caliber veins in the area centralis. Dye also leaks from capillaries on the surface of the optic disc.

 

How should the patient be treated?
