CASE #10

Robert Fegan , MD

Case: A 38-year-old Jamaican-born black female with a 1-year history of sudden decreased vision in the right eye associated with a “dull aching pain” was examined at our institute. She reports that she has had no past medical problems. Findings from the review of systems were normal, with no signs of fever, cough, headache, rash, or anorexia. The patient asserts that she takes neither medications nor illicit drugs.
