OPTIC NERVE SHEATH FENESTRATION |
The patient underwent an uncomplicated left optic nerve sheath fenestration on 3/25/93. Postoperatively, her visual symptoms resolved; the visual field stabilized, and the papilledema decreased OD. However, visual acuity OS decreased mildly to CF at 6 in. |
